Personal Vision

To think about what I intend to do with the next 20 years of my life is something that is rather rare to me. At times, I don’t even know what I want to do with within one month. However, I will soon be an adult and will have to get into the thought process of planning everything that I do.

Within the first 4 -7 spell out numbers  years, I’ll plan on having graduated from college and having jumped into the job market. Assuming my educational track goes as planned, I’ll have finished college in four years and hopefully will set out to find my first career. There’s a high chance that I’ll bounce from my first career as stagnating is  never something that appealsed to me. I’ll get the necessary experience from my career and move on to something that I enjoy. I’ll probably end up wanting to find a job that’s related to technology, whether that be coding, engineering, etc.

In eight to twelve years, I’ll be at the age where things will start to settle. Hopefully, I’ll be a financially stable adult who can balance his social life and responsibilities. I intend on having saved enough money to invest so I can prepare for retirement . It might be a bit young to think about retirement, but I’d like to not have to worry about my finances and also be able to travel the world. Surely I won’t be as experimental as I am now, but I will still be open to new things, meet new people, and get more life experiences. I’m not sure as to whether I want to get married or not; it’s hard to decide on such a big life decision in a few paragraphs. This goes to show that I must always think about the future and come to terms with what I want to do in life.

In thirteen to twenty years years, I’ll be at the age where I’ll reminisce on doing this assignment at midnight. It’s a scary thing to consider, but hopefully, as the days pass I’ll be glad that I did this. Wherever or however I’ll be then, I’m sure that I’ll be doing just fine.
